Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, including military commands, regional maintenance centers, shipyards, waterfront activities, and headquarters staff. Experience analyzing program data and developing recommendations to improve mission effectiveness, fleet readiness, and operational performance. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment. Experience and knowledge of U.S. Navy surface force operations, mission requirements, and readiness reporting processes. Experience and knowledge of waterfront operations, ship maintenance, modernization, and sustainment programs. Experience and knowledge of Fleet Response Plan (FRP), Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), and readiness generation processes. Experience and knowledge of warfighting readiness principles, force generation requirements, and fleet operational commitments. Experience and knowledge of Navy budgeting, planning, programming, and resource allocation processes. Experience and knowledge of program management principles, performance metrics, and risk management methodologies. Experience and knowledge of Department of the Navy, Fleet Forces Command, and Naval Surface Force policies governing readiness and fleet operations. Experience and knowledge of organizational management, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement principles.
