Lead BAU operations day-to-day, acting as the primary D365 SME for business-as-usual. Own the D365 product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives. Plan and lead future implementation phases, including scoping and rolling out additional D365 modules. Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions and configure D365 to meet business needs. Drive continuous improvement by delivering new features and enhancements in the D365 environment. Collaborate with the Wellbeing Collective D365 teams through shared communities of practice. Ensure ongoing compliance of Nutrafol's D365 instance with AFCF and ICF control frameworks. Serve as the go-to D365 expert for Finance and SC/Ops functions. Oversee ongoing change management, including communications and training for new features. Manage vendor relationships with third-party delivery partners and support teams.
