Leadership Experience 1: Experience in either the federal or state government or private sector, overseeing and coordinating the work of organizational units, including assigning work; directing changes to programs and priorities; and evaluating performance against goals; AND Leadership Experience 2: Experience in either the federal or state government or private sector, managing employee performance and growth, including evaluating employee readiness for successive roles; recognizing accomplishments; providing feedback and development opportunities; and addressing performance/conduct issues; AND Technical Experience: Experience in either the federal or state government or private sector, directing and managing two or more of the following functions: budgeting and financial reporting; human resources management and training; information systems, security, and technology; procurement; internal review and control activities and business continuity.
