Assist the General Counsel, the legal department, and senior management with a variety of legal issues related to the ActiveCampaign family of businesses. Draft, negotiate, and review various contracts, including customer and vendor contracts, strategic partnership agreements, NDAs, master services agreements, and license agreements. Serve as legal advisor to various internal departments and committees as requested. Assist with the maintenance and oversight of relationships with external counsel. Work closely with revenue operations and legal operations teams to improve and refine contractual workflows for optimal efficiency. Partner with company leaders to identify practical and legal risk.
