About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying deep technical expertise in military records, personnel policies, regulations, and statutory laws to formulate records of proceedings to adjudicate cases. Experience evaluating complex facts in military records, identify administrative discrepancies, and brief senior board members on found errors or injustices. Experience applying analytical and technical expertise in writing to develop/deliver briefings, status reports, and final correspondence presented to senior leadership. Experience exercising a high degree of independent judgment in interpreting and applying jurisdictional guidelines and procedures to all cases.
